The Zebersky Payne Shaw Lewenz Class Action Team has filed a national class action lawsuit against the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) after it issued false failing NAPLEX scores for the second year in a row. There is a rumor/observation going around that those students that fail the naplex can't even register for the naplex for 91 days. For example, if you keep getting questions wrong then the computer will provide you questions that are statistically deemed "easier. I failed NAPLEX for the second time. I failed my naplex in august and I just found out that I failed my mpje as well. Is that normal? Haven't take an MPJE since 2018.
